Project Description

Construction Management

We consult on all phases of construction, for all sizes of turnkey or specialist contracts. Such work ranges from tendering strategy and consultancy on the collaboration model, to implementation and handover of the keys to the finished building. We are committed, responsible and trustworthy.

Construction management for all phases of the project

MOE | Construction Management undertakes all kinds of work within building and construction. We provide consultancy for putting contracts out to tender, during the execution phase and in several specialist areas.

Modern construction projects, with shorter execution periods and often complicated new-build or conversions, require careful planning prior to construction and safe, dedicated management during the execution phase to achieve the goal: finished on time, with the agreed level of quality and within budget.

How we work

MOE | Construction Management agrees expectations with the client before the project starts in relation to objectives and size of the job.

Our basic working methods include the use of and qualified schedules, risk assessments, building accounts, financial management, status reports, organising construction and coordination meetings. We understand the building’s success criteria and are committed to fulfilling them.

We stay at the forefront of technological development and use all the latest digital tools in consultancy, scheduling and financial management. We work in 3D, 4D and 5D, and can draw on a range of specialists who help our construction managers deliver competent and professional consultancy.
